Relaxation Massage
Our Relaxation Massage, or Swedish Massage, is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.
Energy Work (Integrated Energy Therapy)
Energy work is based on the belief that everyone has a "life force" energy within and around the body, and that the body needs to sustain this energy balance for optimum health. Anytime you experience emotional dis-ease or physical illness, it indicates that your life force has simply become unbalanced. I work directly with your energy field to restore balance and flow to your entire system.
Integrated Energy Therapy is the practice of removing mental and emotional imbalances or "blockages" from areas of the body where corresponding emotions or trauma have been stored. Even generational or inherited traumas can still be lurking in our bodies and energy fields. My role is to guide you through the process of releasing those traumas by acting as a conduit and replacing those traumas with the love and light of Source. This practice also aligns with the teachings of John F Barnes, an expert Myofascial Release practitioner, wherein certain dense fascial areas and organ systems correspond to certain stored emotions and traumas.

Deep Tissue/Clinical Massage
Deep tissue, or clinical massage includes a wide array of techniques including myofascial release, active isolated stretching and trigger point therapy, among others. Deep tissue work allows the body to return to a more balanced and functional state by removing adhesions and tension in the musculature and fascia to allow full range of motion in all areas of the body. Clinical massage can help treat skeletal issues such as scoliosis, pelvic imbalances, lordosis, kyphosis or "hunchback", rounding of the shoulders, thoracic outlet syndrome, sciatica, nerve pain, plantar fasciitis and so much more!
Hot Stone Therapy
Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where heated stones are placed at specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping Therapy is the use of glass or plastic cups that suction to the skin. This suction dramatically increases circulation to the muscles and fascia below, creating a deep release of those tissues. Cupping can be beneficial for athletes, body building, after a workout with heavier weights, or with repetitive movements you might have in your every day job.
